Shipping and delivery

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery time is normally 1 - 3 working days.

All orders placed before 2pm are normally shipped the same business day. This applies to weekdays Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for all purchases over 1400,-. This means free shipping on all of our products.

If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we have the following prices:

Package to the nearest collection point: NOK 93.00

Package delivered to your home: NOK 149.00

Where do you ship from?

All orders are sent from our warehouse in Sarpsborg duty-free.

Defects when ordering

Where is my package?

As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link from us via email, so you can follow your order 📦

Returns and refunds

How do I return?

All our shipments include a return label and a return form that makes it easy to return.

Mandy offers a 14-day full right of return under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. This means that you can return the item to us and get your money back within 14 days.

By using our return label , 99,- will be deducted from the amount refunded. If you place a new order on the same day that you deliver your return to Posten, we will give you a free return.

How will I be refunded on return?

If your return meets our return conditions , your money will be refunded.
refunded through the same payment method used when ordering.

PAID WITH CLARNA

Unpaid invoice : If you have an unpaid invoice with Klarna, the invoice will automatically be updated based on what you return.

Paid invoice: If you have already paid your invoice in Klarna, you will receive a refund from Klarna.

If you have received a refund email from us, but have not received the refund within 5 business days, please contact Klarna customer service.

PAID BY CARD

The money will be refunded back to the same card you used when ordering. Please note that it may take 2-5 business days before you receive the money.

PAID WITH VIPPS

If you have paid with Vipps, the money will be refunded back to the same bank account you have registered in your VIPPS app. This can take 2-5 business days.

Can I exchange sales items?

You can also exchange sales items with us, as long as the return meets our return terms. You can read all about returns and terms HERE .

Size and confection

I am unsure about the size/fit of a product

We take pride in thoroughly familiarizing ourselves with our products and are happy to help you find the right fit and size. Contact us at mail@mandy.no and we will be happy to help you. You can also call us or visit our store to try the product.

I have questions about suits, tuxedos and other finery

We are specialists in tailoring and can guide you and answer your questions about suits, tuxedos and related finery. Feel free to contact us via email, phone or visit us in store and we will help you through the entire process!

Gift card

Can I use gift cards purchased online also in store?

Gift cards purchased in our online store can only be used online.
